Sales Administrative Assistant (Full-Time)
Excellent administrative opportunity available! Hours are Monday through Friday days with a Saturday shift once/month. Duties include assisting our sales department with contract preparation, client correspondence, telephone reception and other clerical tasks. Previous customer service, computer and clerical experience required. Some previous sales experience preferred. Proven track record of detail-oriented work required. High School Diploma or GED required, Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management strongly preferred. Van Driver (Full-Time)
Our full service hotel is looking for a Van Driver to join our friendly and fun hotel.  This full-time position pays $7.00/hr plus tips.  The shifts consist of mornings and weekends, 7a.m. -3p.m.  Some evening shift will also be required (3pm-11pm).  You must be at least 18 years of age and have a good driving record.   In this position you will be responsible for the safe transportation of our guests between the hotel and various destinations.  You will also assist the Front Desk and maintain the cleanliness of InnTowner vehicles, lobby, Front Desk, entrance and office areas during slow periods.  Must be available during Badger football weekends! Front Desk Clerk (Full/Part Time Opportunities)
Our hotel is looking for qualified individuals to join our fun and friendly staff as Front Desk Associates.   Typically shifts are from 7a.m.-3p.m. and/or 3p.m. to 11p.m.  This position starts at $7.75-$8.75/hr.  Previous customer service experience required.  Previous hotel front desk experience preferred.  In this position you will be responsible for operating the Front Desk, as well as providing the highest quality customer service to guests upon their arrival, during their stay, and at their checkout.  You will also assist with group bookings and arrivals, as well as coordinating direct billing.  You also work with managers to “sell” the property to callers making inquires by promoting the hotel and all current marketing programs.  Interested individuals should apply online at www.inntowner.com, or in person at Best Western InnTowner and The Highland Club 2424 University Avenue Madison, WI 53726.  EEO/AA 

Concierge (Part-time AM/PM)
