Sales and Banquet Coordinator (Full-time)
We are looking for
enthusiastic detail-oriented individual to join our staff as a Sales and Banquet Coordinator. In this position you will be responsible for marketing and selling banquet space and group room nights through telemarketing, site tours, trade shows and effective up-selling techniques. You will act as the client contact with regards to scheduling and planning all functions. You will maintain customer loyalty and foster repeat business through effective customer service and follow-up. You will also effectively communicate client’s needs to F&B and other affected departments. Must be willing to work one Saturday a month in addition to special events and regular hours (Monday-Friday days). Previous sales experience required preferably in a hotel setting. Must have strong organizational skills and be attentive to detail. Concierge (Part-time)
We are looking for a customer service orientated individual to
join our staff as a concierge. Hours are typically 6 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
and/or 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. on evenings and weekends. This position is responsible
for the quality servicing of all Highland Club guest requests, serving
as the hotel ambassador and creating a positive image. Other duties include
setting up, maintaining, and taking down the continental breakfast in
the morning, performing turndowns in the evening, and maintaining the
appearance and cleanliness of The Highland Club Lounge.

Front Desk Clerk (Part-time)
Our hotel is looking for qualified individuals to join our fun and friendly
staff as Front Desk Associates. Typically shifts are from 7a.m.-3p.m.
and 3p.m. to 11p.m. This position starts at $7.75/hr. Previous customer
service experience required. Previous hotel front desk experience preferred.
In this position you will be responsible for operating the Front Desk,
as well as providing the highest quality customer service to guests upon
their arrival, during their stay, and at their checkout. You will also
assist with group bookings and arrivals, as well as coordinating direct
billing. You also work with managers to sell the property
to callers making inquires by promoting the hotel and all current marketing

Wait Staff (Part-time, Weekends)
We are seeking a Part-time Wait Staff for the restaurant located in our hotel. Your hours would be on the weekends and evening from 6:00a.m.- 2:30p.m. Candidates must be able to work Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. This position starts at $5.15/hr plus tips. Previous Wait Staff experience strongly preferred. In this position you will take orders and serve food to guests of Francie’s, as well as provide efficient, friendly and professional service at all time. You will also use suggestive selling techniques to promote current and new menu items and effectively increase restaurant sales. Apply online
Line Cook (Part-time)
Our hotel is looking for a part-time line cook to join our fun and friendly kitchen staff. This position is responsible for preparing meals for the restaurant in our hotel. Qualified applicants must be able to read and speak English, have knowledge of food sanitation and safe kitchen practices and have experience setting up kitchen line. Starting wage is $8.25/hr. Night Auditor (Part-time, Weekends)
We are looking for a part-time weekend (Friday and Saturday) Night Auditor to join the staff of our hotel. Hours for this position are 11p.m. to 7a.m. In this position you would be responsible for overseeing and operating the front desk during the 3 rd shift as well as acting as the Manager on Duty. You would also perform the daily audit function for the hotel. Previous customer service experience required. Previous hotel front desk or audit experience preferred. Must have good mathematical and reading skills. Must be able to efficiently and accurately handle money and issue change. Must be able to handle stressful situations effectively.
