Graaskamp Room This seminar room was named in honor of the late Professor James A. Graaskamp, M.B.A., PhD., Chairman of the Department of Real Estate and Urban Land Economics at the University of Wisconsin School of Business, Madison. Professor Graaskamp provided the preliminary feasibility study for the construction of the InnTowner, and it was he who suggested and urged the inclusion of this unique seminar room -- the first of its kind (and still the only one) in Madison.
