Server (Full-time days)
Our full service hotel is looking for part-time wait staff for the restaurant
located in our hotel. This position starts at $6.15/hr plus tips. Hours
are typically Monday-Friday 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Previous wait staff experience
strongly preferred. In this position you will take orders and serve food
to guests of Francie's and provide efficient, friendly and professional
service at all times. You will also use suggestive selling techniques
to promote current and new menu items and effectively increase restaurant
sales. You will maintain high standards of cleanliness in your work area

Concierge (Full-time and part-time)
We are looking for a customer service orientated individual to join our
staff as a concierge. Hours are typically 6 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and/or
4 p.m. to 10 p.m. during the week and also on weekends. This position
is responsible for the quality servicing of all Highland Club guest requests,
serving as the hotel ambassador and creating a positive image. Other duties
include setting up, maintaining, and taking down the continental breakfast
in the morning, performing turndowns in the evening, and maintaining the
appearance and cleanliness of The Highland Club Lounge. Apply

Front Desk Clerk (Full-time)
Our hotel is looking for qualified individuals to join our fun and friendly
staff as Front Desk Associates on evenings and weekends. Typically shifts
are from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. This position starts at
$7.75/hr. Previous customer service experience required. Previous hotel
front desk experience preferred. In this position you will be responsible
for operating the Front Desk, as well as providing the highest quality
customer service to guests upon their arrival, during their stay, and
at their checkout. You will also assist with group bookings and arrivals,
as well as coordinating direct billing. You also work with managers to
sell the property to callers making inquires by promoting
the hotel and all current marketing programs. Apply

Line Cook (Full-time)
This position is 30 hours per week, and includes weekend, evening, and
some daytime work. We can be flexible with your schedule. Our hotel is
looking for a line cook to join our fun and friendly kitchen staff. This
position is responsible for preparing meals for the restaurant in our
hotel. Qualified applicants must be able to read, speak, and understand
English, have knowledge of food sanitation and safe kitchen practices

Sales Manager (Full-time)
We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Manager to join our sales team!
Responsible for searching for leads and contacts for group room business
through direct sales calls and telemarketing. Accepts bookings and closes
sales using yield management effectively. Maintains relationships with
clients and acts as the client contact for group room arrangements. High
school diploma or GED required. Minimum of two years working experience
in hotel sales preferred. Knowledge of and experience in group sales,
convention sales, outside sales and telemarketing required. Must be willing
to work one Saturday a month in addition to special events and regular
hours (Monday-Friday days. Applicant must have a valid driver's license
and a clean driving record. Must be able to pass the insurance requirements

Assistant Food and Beverage Director
(Full-time)
We are seeking an experienced F&B Manager
to assist in the daily operations of our F&B Department. You will
be involved in all areas of kitchen, restaurant, banquets, and lounge,
including helping to control food, beverage, and labor costs. Must have
proven ability to provide a quality consistent product, ensure exceptional
customer satisfaction, oversee F&B staff, and maintain profitability.
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends,
and holidays. Must have bartenders license and be Safe Serve certified.
Offer of employment will be contingent upon a successful drug screening.

Room Attendants (Full-time days)
Our full service hotel is looking for Room Attendants to join our friendly
and fun hotel. You will be responsible for the daily cleaning and maintenance
of our guest rooms according to Best Western International and InnTowner
standards and procedures. Shifts start at 8:00 a.m. Monday through Saturday
and at 8:30 on Sunday. Weekend and holiday work are required. Previous
