Lunch Entrees
Includes your selection of one luncheon entrée, your choice of soup du jour, tossed salad or fruit cup, chef's choice of vegetable and starch, fresh baked rolls and coffee, tea or milk.

Hot Roast Beef
Generous portion of Sliced Roast Beef on Sourdough Bread. Served Open Faced.

Pauline's Pot Pie
Tender Chunks of Roast Turkey, Carrots, Potatoes, Onions and Celery in a Creamy Sauce with a Flaky Puff Pastry.

Baked Cod
Boneless Fillet of Cod, Lightly Seasoned and Served with Tartar Sauce.

Chicken Teriyaki
Boneless Breast of Chicken, Marinated in our own special Teriyaki Sauce, then grilled. Served with Rice Pilaf.

Chicken Parmesan
Lightly Breaded Chicken Pan-Sauteed, then Baked with Marinara Sauce, Parmesan and Mozzarella Cheese and Served Over Fettuccine. Served with Breadsticks. (Not served with additional side of starch or rolls.)

Breaded Shrimp
Deep-fried shrimpees served with cocktail sauce and our homemade cole slaw.

 

Baked Lasagna
Hearty Homemade Lasagna Layered with Italian Red Sauce, Mozzarella Cheese and served with Garlic Breadsticks. (Not served with additional side of starch or rolls.)

Chicken Supreme
Tender Boneless Breast of Chicken in a Sour Cream Marinade, lightly breaded and served with Supreme Sauce over Rice.

Fettuccine Alfredo
Al dente Pasta in a Garlic Cream Sauce and Served with Breadsticks. (Not served with additional side of starch or rolls.)

Roast Turkey with Gravy
Sliced Boneless Breast of Turkey with Homemade Stuffing.

Roast Pork Randall
Center-cut Roast Pork Loin served with Pork Gravy and Homemade Applesauce.

Includes Homemade Soup du Jour, Your Choice of Three Meats (Turkey, Ham, Corned Beef, Roast Beef or Salami), Wisconsin Cheeses, Assorted Breads, Potato Chips, Choice of Two Salads (Potato Salad, Cole Slaw, Macaroni, Pasta or Fruit Compote),and Condiments.

Tossed Salad with Toppings, Wisconsin Cheeses, Your Choice of Three Meats (Turkey, Ham, Corned Beef, Roast Beef or Salami), Assorted Breads, Potato Chips and Condiments

Chef's Choice of Homemade Quiche, Served with Seasonal Fresh Fruit.

Taco Salad
Seasoned Meat on a bed of Lettuce, Generously Topped with Tomatoes, Green Onions, Wisconsin Cheese, Sliced Black Olives and Sour Cream in a Tortilla Shell.

Chicken Caesar Salad
Tender Chunks of Marinated Chicken Breast over a Crisp Bed of Romaine Lettuce Tossed with Caesar Dressing, Sprinkled with Tomatoes and Black Olives.

Chef's Salad
Strips of Ham, Turkey, Wisconsin Cheddar and Swiss Cheese arranged over Diced Tomatoes Onions, Green Peppers and Mixed Greens, topped with Croutons.
